      <description>&lt;P&gt;I get this all the time actually. It's only ever been because my web browser automatically puts me in BC but I'm in AB. If you are trying to access in the wrong province it won't work. So if you're in your correct province make sure the public mobile site is in the correct province. But also I've found that if I'm in BC but I signed up in AB I can't access my account until I'm back in AB.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
