Hi,

this is my first time getting a phone number, so I am a bit confused on what this following sentence means:

"In-plan data expires at the end of your renewal cycle. It does not roll over to your next 30 or 90-day cycle."
Does this mean that my data that I have expires at the end of the first month?

Also, how long do I keep the bonus 1GB of data for?

Thanks!

Did you sign up for a 30-day plan or a 90-day plan?

If you signed up for a 30-day plan, your data will expire at the end of the 30 days.

If you signed up for a 90-day plan, your data will expire at the end of the 90 days.

Did you sign up for a 3G plan with "bonus" data? If so, you will get to keep the bonus data indefinitely.

@Indigo The data you have under your 90 or 30 days plan will not roll over after the renewal. So let say you used 800MB out of your 1GB data you have available to use under your plan. When you get to your renewal date (30 or 90 days from activation), your data usage will renew and you will have 1GB available to use again. On the other hand, if you have the 1GB add-on, it does not expire until you use all 1GB.

The bonus data you have will stay as long as you keep the same plan.

That's my understanding as well. Unused data on the plan doesn't "rollover" billing cycles, it's "lost" when each new billing cycle resets the plan data usage to zero again.

Unused allocations from data add-ons do remain (and rollover subsequent billing cycles) until they've been used. I expect/hope add-on data would only be consumed after all plan data (for the cycle) has been used up.

You answered all of my questions.

But now one question arises, once I use my extra bonus gigabyte of data, will I still have it at the begining of my new billing cycle, or will it be removed?
