    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an account, I purchased a SIM card and plan yesterday, was charged on my visa. I am now ready to finish my activation. however, I am unable to get back into my account. I have tried all the suggestions in the community chat. Clear cache, used another browser and downloaded the app on my phone. I keep going in a circle. Log in page, I log in then they send the code to me via email. I add the code in and it sends me back to the login page over and over. I just want to finish my activation.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
