I ran out of data

i purchased an add-on that i never saw added so 2 weeks ago i opted for an upgrade to my plan to take effect on renewal

well today is renewal and my previous is still in effect and paid for without the upgrade

If your renewal date is yesterday then it should start today at 12:00 midnight EST.

If your renewal date is today then your existing plan expires at 12:00 midnight EST.

My renewal is today the payment was auto paid and no change to an upgrade took place

support is like talking to a rock

I have just opted to change the plan next month on the next renewal
