      <description>&lt;P&gt;Could someone from the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;@Moderator_Team&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;please contact me as my auto payment was missed but I cannot make the payment or reset the auto payment as it shows no balance to cover. I have verified the credit card has room and is working I just don't want to have my account cancelled and lose my plan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
