      <description>&lt;P&gt;Confirm your phone has correct vmail number set up (to call when you press and hold '1' on your phone).&lt;BR /&gt;Call your vmail from another phone to see if you can access your vmail at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you set up voice mail very first time from your mobile phone? It cannot be set up from 'another' phone but from your mobile. Will use minutes if you are on $15 plan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
