A new account should be straightforward, and must be done yourself via self serve. What do you mean by moving numbers? Between Public Mobile lines? That isn't possible/feasible. By "importing a number" do you mean porting a number in from another carrier? Again, that would need to be done via self-serve.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Public Mobile is a no-frills/low cost cellular provider whose operating model is self-serve/community support. For transactions that cannot be handled via self serve there is the private message option I noted above. Your questions are a bit vague, but from what I gather it seems like most can be solved via the self serve channels.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
