Data? do you see the phone cannot connect at all?&amp;nbsp; What brand and model your phone is? which city and province you are at?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Generally, you can start with Reset All Networks and see if it helps.&amp;nbsp; Try switching the network mode between 3G, 4G and 5G and see if it makes a difference.&amp;nbsp; And try to see if it is location specific&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Let us know where you are and we can check if there are problems in your area. What type of phone you have and so forth. There could be several reasons for lack of reception.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Some more information on your issue would be helpful. Is your connection unstable during calls, sending messages, in certain locations? One change that could help is to make sure your preferred network is set to 5G under preferred network type in the "SIMS" category in the settings app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
