I was receiving SMS updates messages and now i am not. i would get alerts to pay my bill and alerts when a payment was received. now i do not.

How do i get those alerts back again? i cant find where ti sign up

Public Mobile no longer sends those messages.

As per @computergeek541 , PM doesn't send them out anymore. Best suggestion is to download the app on your phone and monitor things.

What you can do is set a calendar entry a day or two before you cycle end date, and set it to repeat every 30 days (or 90 if you're on a 90-day plan) to remind of the renewal date.

Make sure to set a notification so it alerts you of the calendar entry.

Notice have stopped since PM launched their new website and the new PM app.
