      <title>Trying to cancel</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Im trying to cancel a number we no longer use. &amp;nbsp;It was my daughters and she cannot remember the email connected to the number. &amp;nbsp;Im getting very frustrated with public mobile as there is no contact info or help to get it figured out. They continue to take the payment out&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This can also be done with 611 if you know your account pin.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once a payment isn’t made the account will automatically close in 90 Days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also message support to remove the credit card that is attached to the account.
