    <description>&lt;P&gt;I got an eSIM plan, but my phone doesn’t support eSIM. I want to switch from eSIM to physical sim, the virtual assistant is useless as I still have not activated my account (can’t as I don’t have eSIM supported device). I think someone needs to connect my physical Sim to my account, but how to do this. Any support or help is really appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you need physical SIM, you will have to purchase one and then do SIM swap through your PM account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At the same time you can ask agent if they could credit your account or you will be paying twice for SIM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
