    <description>&lt;P&gt;Im client for about a year but i think my phone number porting is not totaly OK&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was with magic jack before and i have ported sucessfully my number to&amp;nbsp; your service&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but when i try software that validate phone number it said that my number is a VoIP number but&amp;nbsp;it is not.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Steam and microsoft office 365 is example of software that are not working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you check that ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/15346"&gt;@JeffK&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;wow this is an interesting case.&amp;nbsp; So&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;a full year later&lt;/EM&gt; you are coming here and saying the port didn't work?&amp;nbsp; That's.... perplexing.&amp;nbsp; However, do note that Magic Jack absolutely&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;is&lt;/EM&gt; a VoIP provider.&amp;nbsp; Also, I'm not sure what porting has to do with Steam or Office 365.&amp;nbsp; What do you mean Office 365 isn't working?&amp;nbsp; It has nothing to do with your porting.&amp;nbsp; Unless... are you saying you can't receive a one-time verification/two-factor authentication token via SMS or something?&amp;nbsp; Please elaborate here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
