      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;My phone has to be paid today, so as I am trying to add the card that is valid and isn’t expired onto my account it’s telling me it’s wrong etc when it isn’t as I have been typing the card that’s in my hands into the right boxes. Then, as I’m&lt;/EM&gt; &lt;EM&gt;trying to login as things prompt me to, it keeps telling me my email/password isn’t correct when it is correct. So I change my password and it worked but when trying everything again it does the same thing. I’m trying to submit a ticket but it’s not letting me even do that as well. Then I try to reset my password one more time as I’m getting extremely upset with this, it tells me this (image below).       <description>&lt;P&gt;I wasn’t aware that shoppers sells them, also I kept trying on the app as well as the actual website and it finally decided to work for me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
