      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I changed my Subscription to a lower level but still got charged for the old subscription. I tried to put in a ticket but get an Error XXX code, I did everything asked but cannot submit a ticket. How do I speak to a Billing representative?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/327274"&gt;@serrivmo&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only thing I'd like to add is if you changed your subscription during the middle of a current subscription and had it start right away or even start it the next day or so... there would be a double charge. Hence the reason why we always suggest starting it on renewal date. The 3 links below will get you to a Customer Support Agent to further assist you. Good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you see the overpaid amount in your balance? The difference between the old plan and the new plan? If so then just leave it there for your next renewal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
