      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/329805"&gt;@Katievry1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you meant press and hold 1 does not dial to VM?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try to click Reset All networks and it will program the key&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if that does not work, go to Dialer, settings and manually program this to voicemail number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;778-580-4001&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
