The remaining days on your current plan will not be prorated refund back, so, you kinda loss money that way&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you really want to Change now, try again using Incognit/Private/Secret mode on your browser&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you still cannot change plan, please submit ticket with CS agent and they can help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you want the plan bad enough, you could always port out your number to somewhere else and then port back in as a new customer. If you are on the Legacy Rewards system, I would advise against it.
