When you make these calls what exactly is the error that you receive or hear? Do local calls work at all? Can you try your sim in another device to see if that works?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could try resetting your network settings and then rebooting your device, but do know that this will erase all WiFi networks that are saved on your device currently.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Canada Wide Calling is not working; Plan includes it; Customer of Public Mobile for years; tried with and without the 1 at front. Account is fine. How do I get this fixed? Also Eversafe is a disaster!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
