I just switched to a 90 day plan and my rewards didn't get come off and I was charged the full amount

@Wodahsshadow , check your payment history closely (use incognito mode on browser), you should have received 1x for each of the rewards during the renewal. You should expect 1x rewards every 30 days going forward. The rewards have been spread out so they don't all coincide with a renewal.

@Wodahsshadow You should have 30 days worth of rewards to start the 90 day plan . Once you complete 90 days you should have 30 days x 3 rewards for that following renewal

@Wodahsshadow - was it a change on 'next renewal' or a 'change now' plan?

Change now may have affected the order this happens. Wait another day and see what happens in your payment history.

I have checked the rewards 34 * 3 months is 102 take away the $24 in rewards brings it down to 78 dollars plus the 13% which is $10.14 brings it up to $88.14 I was charged $106

The display information is a little misleading. It shows the amount of rewards over the duration of the 90 day cycle, but sort of misrepresents the timing of these rewards. You are entitled to $24 over the period, you got $8 at time of renewal ($102 for renewal - $8 = $94 plus taxes). You should see $8 rewards 30 days into the cycle and then another $8 30 days later.

It is not my understanding, the rewards continue to be paid out 1x every 30 days, 1x at time of renewal, 1x at 30 day mark and another 1x at the 60 day mark. Have you gone through an entire 90 day cycle yet? Show the actual payments screen cap, not this screen cap.

@Handy1 I was under the impression that the cap for loyalty was $5 (5 year cap) but I see in this screen shot that there is $12 in total for loyalty rewards.

@will13am Yes 1x rewards every 30 days for friend Referrals and loyalty and another 1x rewards on day 60 and on day 90 3x rewards

@mojorising loyalty does max out at $5 I only get $4 for loyalty right now and that shows my rewards for 30 days x 3 rewards

HI @xmx

OP is on legacy rewards and renew with new plan, the discount, if any, should be applied during renewal, no 48 hours required
