Any issues with text and data? New problem versus old?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Might want to try a reboot of phone. Or try your PM Sim card in another working phone. That would help determine whether hardware issue versus PM service problem.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Maybe try putting your network to 3G and se if that helps with voice also do you know if voLTE is enabled . You can test this by putting the phone network to LTE and make a call does it drop to 3G or stay in LTE if it stays in LTE voLTE is enabled . And make sure your phones mic is not turned off&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
