Hi, is there a way to change subscription cycle start on 1st of the month?

Sorry, please note that PM is on a 30 days cycle so it won’t renew your plan on the 1st of each month.

It changes about a day every 2 months.

@Cakehouse Even if you did manage to line it up, it would be off within a couple months again anyway because Public Mobile is on a 30 day billing cycle (or 90), not monthly.

Ah that's pretty interesting. Since 12x30=360 days per year, this amounts to about a 2.5% surcharge compared to truly monthly.
