      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;&lt;FONT face="Garamond, serif"&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have been a Public Mobile user for 3 years.&amp;nbsp; I got "SOS only" suddenly and I cannot even pay my credit! &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;&lt;FONT face="Garamond, serif"&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I have tried the suggestions by suggestions found in this forum (remove SIM for a minute, etc) and nothing has worked.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please give me some advice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks to all of you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have the app, this is how you do it. (Using WiFi of course) And once it's paid, reboot your phone.&amp;nbsp; Also, check to see if your account is up to date (paid). Another test you can do is try your SIM card on a different phone. If you still need more assistance you can contact a CS Agent with the link down below.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;How to change credit card on phone app&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Download the app from the app store if you already haven’t.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sign into your app.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When your app opens you’ll be in the My Account tab. You will see a plus button at the bottom left above the My Account tab.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I can not see the Cellular or any other related Cellular. Once push the bottom of the Cellular, it shows "Set Up Cellular".....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
