    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/298196"&gt;@Ocdspinner1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;indeed, the old SIMon chatbot, which was the highly preferred method to reach customer support agents has not been functioning since the inception of the new self-serve and eversafe features were introduced earlier this year.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It’s strange to me, that public mobile has not made fixing that somewhat of a priority – especially given the strong push by some to only use that as a means of contacting them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
