But you need to make sure these are authorized charges you are looking at.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you said 'once in web portal' then again in 'mobile app', did you get verification of payments in both these sections? If so, that is quite a flaw.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As others said check your My Account to see if you have the charges showing in your Available Funds here:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payment-history" target="_blank"&gt;https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/payment-history&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you &lt;STRONG&gt;do not have the funds showing&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and these are authorized charges, then contact CS_Agent to tell them your issue. Select the orange/peach color box with the pencil inside it to start a new message. &amp;nbsp;Type &lt;STRONG&gt;CS_Agent&lt;/STRONG&gt; in the SEND TO box. This will create a private message to Public Mobile Customer Support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
