Hello, I'm from QC, I'm trying to change my subscription for this one :

But it doesn't seem available in QC only in ON, why that?

@Sam2k3 Is that a new activation only plan by any chance ?that plan you screen shot is fine it’s 40GB for $45 it’s the 30GB for $40 that’s new activations maybe you have them confused

add or you just had a typo ? It happens i know I do it all the time 🙂

QC has a $45 40GB for Canada-US plan, which is even better (since it has US roaming included). Check that https://subscribe.publicmobile.ca/en/qc/activation/plans/40GB-5Gspeed3

and these are all available QC plans

No, I'm not refering to the new activation plan which is 40$/30 GB, this one is 45$/40GB and should be available for all customers. But, I can't switch to this one.

@Sam2k3 Sorry I got confused by your headline and screen shot , but If you’re trying in the website maybe try the app instead . Worst case you can get support to change it for you on your next renewal also

Yeah, but I was more interested in the unlimited data one. Why one plan is available in ON but not in QC? Oups there's a typo in the title, I meant : 45$/40GB

QC always have better plan than the rest of Canada. I guess this is the time that this good Plan not available to QC

@Sam2k3 I don’t think the unlimited data throttled to supposed to be 512kbps is all that useful it’s so slow even then there’s discrepancy with the throttled data check out this screen shot it’s confusing to what the speed truly is when it gets throttled

I'm not expecting it to be reliable all the time, it's only in case I need to do some light browsing or check emails.
