      <description>&lt;P&gt;I paid for 2 plans in August&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i upgraded to 5g and my phone is not equipped for 5g. I did not get credit for my other plan. I need to go back to LTE 4g&lt;/P&gt;</description>

So if you've already paid for a 5G plan, it's yours for the 30 days. You can pick a different plan however because you already paid for the 30 days, change the plan for the renewal date. You won't lose money that way. Make sense?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
