      <title>Purchased new Physical SIM</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I used to have an eSIM but then purchased a physical SIM to convert the eSIM to the physical SIM. The problem is that the new SIM card isn't being recognized by my phone. I tried both on an iPhone 7 plus and an iPhone 14 and it just displays "No SIM". Other physical SIMs work in both phones. Can someone help? I tried to submit a support ticket but the link isn't working and I don't know how else to contact customer support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
