    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I have an Iphone 4s receently in Public Mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the cellphone data acive but when I try to use what'sup is searching data but gets no connection. I have been trying different things but no success.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I apreciate any help on this topic.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Could the issue possibly have to do with the app being incompatible with the older phone.&amp;nbsp; The iPhone 4s is pretty old.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/40635"&gt;@Armero0609&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've encountered a similar issue before.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've deleted the app, then reinstalled it. It started working again after that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make sure the 3G button is not on, it happened to me once and all I had to do was turn it off and it worked fine after!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
