topic 5G in Get Support

My phone does not offer 5G with public mobile even though it works with 5G on any other carrier. The selection for 5G is not available in the mobile settings. Please help. It's an android Samsung s20 fe. Thanks.

@TinaCe Yes this is known issue with s20 . Will work and show as option with Telus SIM card but not PM . There is a work around , please check out my threads on the s20 and 5G

Yes, the public mobile network does not support VOLTE and 5G on Samsung S20 FE 5G. Switch to other carriers. I switched to Freedom Mobile, and their network supports VOLTE and 5G on this device.
