@ConnorHoldforth PM is pre paid , You need to buy a US roaming add on from your account subscription add on page or pick a CAN /US plan

You need to login to your account and go to the Add-on section and make a purchase of a US Roaming bundle.

Once you are in the US, on your cellular settings on your phone. You can connect to T-Mobile or AT&T to roaming on their network.

As per @Handy1 this is all pre paid service. So if you're going to the US you need to purchase the add on the day before you leave. They are 15 days each so depending how long your going for, you can go that route. However, if you're going for longer, let us know and we'll give you more options that work better.

Here is how you purchase an US Roaming Add on.

How to purchase Bundles, Data and Extra Minutes

Log into your Public Mobile account, then click on Subscriptions and Add-ons on the left side column. .

The scroll down to the bottom where you’ll see this on your right hand side.

Click on Shop Add-ons.

Here you have 3 options. You can purchase Bundles, Data or Minutes.

Here is what Bundles look like. With Bundles you can purchase US Roaming. This is for when you head down to the United States. You can purchase just Talk and Text which will last you 15 days from the date of purchase. Or you can purchase US Roam Talk Text and 3GB of data. The prices are below
