      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I got my SIM card and activated it, but I cannot open my mobile APP. It shows Error Code:-9. Please help me to work with the mobile application.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/328588"&gt;@Bahman&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you are partially activated, or you activated and need to enter the sim card to finish activation, you need the app&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to uninstall and reinstall the app.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if issues persists, uninstall the app once more, and clear cache on your mobile browser and reinstall the app and try&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And if still does not work, please submit ticket with CS agent and they can complete the activation for you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
