Did every existing customer get this offer, because I looked back on my messages from Public Mobile and I don't see it?

If you are referring to the offers that were offered via text message, those were targeted promo’s and not everyone received an offer for a promo.

I am currently on a low GB data plan but would like to increase my plan to include more data, I was hoping to take advantage of a promotion

@sunflour There’s 20GB for $39 opt in for 90 days and pay $102 with 60GB to use over 90 days works out to $34 a month

If you aren’t interested in the Can-US plans then I think the best deal currently is the 20GB plan if you put it on the three month subscription. Works out to be $102 upfront for 60GB which brings the monthly cost down to $34 a month.

You an change of any of those with the exception of $40-30GB plan which is for new activation only

The text offers are targeted to specific customers as a way of increasing monthly spend. No one got an offer to stay at the same rate and get more data, nor did they get an offer that would ultimately drop their spend. There are some pretty great plans available to all right now though, including the $39/20GB plan which is discounted further if you go on a 90 day subscription.

My next question is the promotions plan says it is a "limited time" I would like to take advantage of it but I'm paid up until Oct 12, does anyone know how long this plan will be available?

I didn't receive any offers to upgrade either but think it would have been fairer if these promos had been offered to all customers on the lower priced plans instead of just a select few as this could have encouraged a lot more customers to upgrade their plans and give Public more revenue in the long run.
