But for the extra charge that didn’t work for you , you will need contact support about it and hopefully the can compensate you for it . Use the link.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, &amp;nbsp;for the 2nd year in a row I have been unable to text my wife back in Canada while travelling in upstate NY, after having purchased the appropriate add-on each time. To make matters worse, when I returned home I noticed I had been billed twice for the add-on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Post to the community regarding what I should look for, try, and so on, were all tried and/or set properly. (I apologize to community members who did not get a response from me. I was rather occupied.)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
