@RichardKCLing, Hi there! How do you do? The US roaming only covers the mainland. Territories and Islands even though belonging to the US are not included in the package, neither are rural areas within the mainland. Hopefully this answers your question. Thank you and enjoy your week-end! 🙂

The only roaming packages offered are for the US. Saipan is not covered unfortunately.
