For the past few years Public sent a text giving the exact renewal date each month. That has not happened for 3-4 months now and I rely on it to RESET my Usage. Can this be reinstated please?

@Jean45 They stop sending those out april of this year , you can put a reminder on your phone calendar

they stopped doing that You habe to setup reminder on your device yourself. But remember the reminder should be every 30 days and not monthly

That’s what I do for all my upcoming bills! I chose my pop up notification (with sound) to remind me 1 week in advance & again 3 days prior to pay on my bills! Otherwise I will never remember in time! 🤣
