Leaving lucky SIM card in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port number&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Real land line number 'belongs' to 'land line company' like Bell and companies will not send SMS to such number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

So a verbal permission needs to be given so the company knows oh ok this number is legitimately transferring out.
