      <description>&lt;P&gt;I subscribed to a plan with Public Mobile and also purchased a physical SIM card on September 7th. However, it has been quite some time, and I have yet to receive the SIM card (also,I don't know where to track the shipping progress.) Is there a recommended course of action I should take to ensure I receive my SIM card as soon as possible?&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you for your assistance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/324288"&gt;@linnazhang&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It takes up to 10 business days to receive SIM card. &amp;nbsp;So hopefully, by the end of this week.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no tracking unfortunately. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If more than 10 business days, then you can contact customer service agent. &amp;nbsp;If you need a SIM card more urgently, you can try to purchase at a corporate Telus or Koodo store. &amp;nbsp;Or Amazon.ca does have prime shipping for PM SIM cards. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You need to download and install the Public app. Then when you get the card you proceed to finish the sign up in the app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
