On your account go to the my rewards sections, you will see an option that says browse catalog. Look through the catalog and you’ll find an option to redeem 15 points for a $15 bill credit.

@Suba If your in old rewards you do t have to do a thing , but if your on points rewards you just go to your points portal in your account and once you have 15 points you can redeem $15 off your bill or buy add ons and sometimes enter phone draws , check out the rewards catalogue

yes it can help to lower your bill

but you have wait til you have 15 points. Then what you need to do is to login My Account, Rewards, click Rewards Portal. Then you redeem 15 points by going to catalog and pick $15 bill credit. Redeem it and it will be in your My Account within hours , showing up as Available Fund. PM will then use it for your renewal
