    <description>&lt;P&gt;When an account is in suspension status for not yet paying for the plan, the only option available to self-serve is to continue start a brand new billing cycle after payment on the currently activated plan.&amp;nbsp; Only the moderators can make a change such as you are asking for.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My plan has expired and I want to change plan.The payment was made to cover the amount but it still wouldn't change,then another payment was made by mistake.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
