Purchased 15 day us roaming package and can't make or recieve calls....data is fine

@OWS Your in the US now reboot the phone and make sure your connected to T mobile or AT&T also ensure you got the right US roaming add in and not just the US long distance add on also

Do you know if your phone has been enabled for volte here yet? If not then you'll need to connect to T-Mobile and see if it will switch down to 2G GSM. You might even need to manually switch down to 2G GSM if your phone will let you. Text should work fine too if your data is working. Text will also work on 2G GSM but not so much with data.

If volte isn't enabled on your phone, you'll have to manually select 2G for talk. It won't be great unless you're near a cell tower.
