      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you know if your phone has been enabled for volte here yet? If not then you'll need to connect to T-Mobile and see if it will switch down to 2G GSM. You might even need to manually switch down to 2G GSM if your phone will let you. Text should work fine too if your data is working. Text will also work on 2G GSM but not so much with data.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
