I have seen new plans offered (30 G for $40 ant 5G) and want to switch. But when I go to my account all I see are two options, both are at 3 G and less data. Can I not switch?

@Ttbnl Sorry the 30GB for $40 5G speed is only for nee activation , but there’s a 20GB for $34. So pay $102 upfront with 60GB for 90 days . Just be sure to make plan change for next renewal and not immediately or you lose money in current cycle you already paid for

Add when in the plans page of your account be sure to tap the “all “ option to see all plans available

Unfortunately, this promo deal is only for new activations/customers. Existing customers are unable to get this deal.

I do not have that as an option. As I said, I have two options at 3G with low data.
