      <title>SIM card</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a SIM card on September 8th, and also ordered a SIM card for my husband on September 9th. &amp;nbsp;On September 14th we received my husbands SIM card and activated his account. &amp;nbsp;My SIM card however, has yet to be received and I am wondering how to find out where it is and when I will receive it or if it has been shipped and when?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Hold off on the CS Agent assisting you because in all likelihood they'll just say...&amp;nbsp; it's on it's way.. hold on a bit longer and if it's not their by (insert date here) then please contact us again and we'll send another. If that does happen, I would just cancel that order and just grab one off of Amazon if you have it for $4.99 as mine came within 2 days. Or you can hit up a local Telus store to get one for $10 (call ahead though).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
