      <title>I’m having trouble logging in</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was all set up but my son said it was set up on the wrong account and deleted the eSIM. &amp;nbsp;But to get back into the account it keeps on asking me to put in the security code that they are sending to his phone which can’t receive message because he deleted the eSIM&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/324159"&gt;@Owensphone&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you need to re-buy a new eSIM, which is $5&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To rebuy the eSIM, you will need to use the app on the phone only and you need to login.&amp;nbsp; Try to click "Didn't receive code?" and choose email as the option to login&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If email is not a choice, you will have to submit ticket with CS agent for help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After you login the app, go to Subscription &amp;amp; add-on page, and go to the bottom and click "Shop sim card" and buy eSIM from there&lt;/P&gt;</description>
