I've been a customer of Public Mobile since 2019, which means it's been four years now. However, I've noticed that there is only a $2 reward for my loyalty in my account.

@MNPATC You should get $2 for auto pay and loyalty if 4 years now you should see $3 for loyalty for total off $5 did you happen to switch to the points system by accident

Add I joined in 2018 and still only get $4 note it takes 6 years to see the $5 max loyalty

Add check for your welcome email for your join date

@MNPATC , do you remember your anniversary day. It does seem like you are in line for $3 loyalty reward even if you joined at the end of 2019.

I've noticed a $2 charge for autopay and a $2 reward. I have just logged into my profile after a while and didn't make any changes, so I'm unsure if I accidentally switched anything.

@MNPATC - do you often suspended your account for non-usage?

If not suspended for more than 60 days within the anniversary period, then there should be no push backs of the date of your loyalty.

@MNPATC - if you are still getting the $2 Autopay reward, then you are still on the old legacy reward program.

@MNPATC If you see the $2 for auto pay that’s good Indication your still on old legacy rewards maybe get support to investigate

No, I had to change my number once because of a data breach in my profile. When I got the new number, they transferred all of my rewards.

@MNPATC And changing your number or plan shouldn’t have any impact on your rewards at all

I'm going to say it should be $4. With a couple people commenting on this today I had to review my accounts. They're all as they should be.
Here's how I think it works.
Start to one year doesn't count. So I say as I use my fingers (in this case and it turns out I have two accounts from 2019 from before today):
To 2021 - one finger down.
To 2022 - two fingers down.
To 2023 - three fingers down.
To 2024 - 4 fingers down.

Each finger means the dollar reward. And my accounts show $4 reward.

Review your payment history from here. Green numbers are good.

Adding - lol my typing problem is missing words. Usually just the little filler bridging words. I added "be" in front of the $4 on the first line.

@Handy1- I'll use my Spring 2019 account. Start = 0. After Spring 2020 $1. After Spring 2021 $2. After Spring 2022 $3. After Spring 2023 $4.

Hymmm that does sound right so jokes on me I’ve been here since 2018 and only have $4 guess im off to support too
