Roaming data or Canada data? Click on all the little spinner refresh icons you see lower down to make sure you're seeing current info.

Hi @Dataless

If you log onto your account, click on subscriptions and addons, you will see a spinning wheel. Click on that to update under Addons on the right side.

Try again incognito/private mode

And or lap top /computer

simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons

You may not 'see' it displaying on your account, however it may still be in effect.
