      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have lost my SIM (when I was overseas I swapped with theirs and then lost my public later). I now purchased the new Public mobile SIM. How do I activate the SIM? I dont want to change my phone number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't log in to my account because it was sending the PIN number to my phone and I can't get the text because I dont have a SIM, so I chatted with the customer service and he said I had to create a new log in to contact the agent. I was going in circle here. Thanks to &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/269452"&gt;@Handy1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;he provided the private message link to agent. Once reset, sign in again with new password. Might be able to receive 2FA via email instead to gain access.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;(!!!You will need to click&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Resend Code&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;and then&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Send email&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;to trigger the 2FA to email)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Potential workaround (for some):&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;If you don't have access to SMS OTP, try entering an incorrect OTP code 4 times.
