      <description>&lt;P&gt;just switched over to Public Mobile from Rogers and I’m not able to send or receive text messages from Android users. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix that ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If active but you are not getting porting authorization text, call Rogers.&amp;nbsp; It is not something PM can help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But you can also call PM porting team to resend the request once more. Will message you the porting team number&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
