Hi, I’m having issues transferring my mobile number from Rogers to Public mobile. Is there a way to speak with someone at Public mobile to fix the issue. How can I transfer a phone number without having my old SIM card from Rogers? Thanks

Is your Rogers service still active? That would be the first requirement. Then, you might be able to call them to give a verbal confirmation. Or you might need to buy a Rogers sim and apply to that account and maybe even buy a month of service.
