Can you try manually adding the e-sim to the phone using the QR code you should have received in the welcome email?       <title>Esim did not work</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I just switched to PM via esim but it is saying my esim did not activate. I apparently have a message in PM app but when I sign in to the account to get it, it says they are sending me a verification code for me to retrieve the message to my phone number…however my phone is not activated due to the esim not being able to activate so I can’t get the reply message. Does anyone know what the solution is when your esim does not activate when joining PM?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
