Try this method&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;First, sign into your account at &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.publicmobile.ca" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;www.publicmobile.ca&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; and use the email you signed up with and the password. If it asks you for a 6 digit code, it will say at the top left CONFIRM YOUR IDENTITY.- Enter the 6- digit code sent to *********.&amp;nbsp; But it’s not working!!! As you see by the screen shot below, 1. Click the This is a trusted device. 2. Didn’t get the code? Enter each digit using your key pad.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You should now be able to get into your account.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;EDIT: And from there you can manage your EverSafe profile by changing the phone number the 2FA code goes to.       <description>&lt;P&gt;HELLO EVERYONE,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I HAVE A COMPLICATED CASE. LAST YEAR, I USED MY EMAIL (A) TO REGISTER MY DAD'S PHONE NUMBER (1). AFTER 6 MONTHS, I CANCELED THE (1).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;THIS YEAR (IN JUNE), I ALSO USED THE (A) EMAIL TO REGISTER THE ORTHE PHONE NUMBER (2). IT'S FINE AND I COULD LOG IN AND SET AUTO PAY. AFTER A MONTH, HOWEVER, I CAN NOT LOG IN BECAUSE THE SYSTEM SHOWED THAT WAS SENT THE CODE TO THE (1) BUT I DO NOT USE THE (1) ANYMORE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;RIGHT NOW, I CAN NOT CHECK OR MODIFY ANY SERVICE ON THE (2). WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX IT?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;THANK YOU!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
