      <title>Help, buggy website.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;New to Public Mobile.Created account, and purchased a plan.&amp;nbsp; Went through the motions, and was waiting for it to activate.&amp;nbsp; At the end I got an error stating that "Subscription Not Activated"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to log in via the app, I always get that same error:&amp;nbsp;"Subscription Not Activated"&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I am not able to do anything in the app, other than to log out&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when I try to log in via the laptop, I am given two options.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;"Resume Activation" and "Go to Login Page"&lt;BR /&gt;- If I select "Resume Activation", it takes a long time, but then brings me to a login page, where I get the error "&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Email and password do not match (which is untrue).&lt;BR /&gt;- If I select "Go to Login Page", I am taken back to the login page, where the fun begins again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I was contacted by a CS Agent who will be sorting it out.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;It looks like something went wrong during the provisioning stage.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To answer your questions, Halimacs: The payment card was charged, but a number was not assigned, so no texts/calls were possible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Not sure any of this would have been required for the account to be working though...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
